IMPORTANT — Items are not guaranteed to be in stock. All items are checked prior to the store opening for good volume, but this does not guarantee they will remain in stock once the store closes. With that being said, an item you ordered may be substituted with a similar item or cancelled and refunded if the original item is unavailable.

COLOR DISCLAIMER — We do not guarantee color matches between logo prints and garments. Every vendor has their own version of colors (navy, red, etc.), and because items come from multiple sources, color variations will occur. Thank you for your understanding.

DTF PRINTING — Unless otherwise requested, all spirit store items are printed via DTF. Information about DTF printing and how it works has been provided to your team’s coordinator.

FULL-DYE SUBLIMATION — Full-dye (sublimated) items take 6–8 weeks to arrive due to production timelines. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays. Thank you for your patience with this specialty production method.

PRODUCTION TIME / DELIVERY — All items will be processed and ready for coach pickup approximately 4–5 weeks after the store closes. If minimum order requirements are not met by the close date and the coordinator cannot meet those minimums, all orders at that time will be refunded. Please check with your team coordinator for minimum requirements.

RETURN POLICY — After careful consideration and at the discretion of Berserk Athletics, we may replace an item that is determined to be missing from an order. However, because all items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizes or incorrectly chosen styles. If we sent you a size different than what you ordered, misprinted the design, or the item is defective, we will accept a return or offer a discount on the affected item. All returns must be authorized by Berserk Athletics.
